Use of this website is subject to the present Privacy & Cookie Policy, which has been updated to ensure compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR 2016/679) and Greek Law 4624/2019.
The Data Controller within the meaning of Article 4(7) GDPR is [COMPANY NAME IKE], registered at [ADDRESS]. For any matter relating to the processing of your personal data please contact us at info@blyp.gr.
Our website serves as a point of contact for prospective clients interested in our services (website development, Google Business Profile management, AI automations and digital presence). We collect data only in the following circumstances.
Contact form. When you complete our contact form, we collect your name, email address, phone number and message. We process this data solely to respond to your enquiry and assess your request. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR — pre-contractual measures taken at your request.
Phone and email communication. If you contact us by phone or email, we process your contact details and the content of the exchange. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR or, where applicable, our legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR in handling your request.
Browsing data. When you visit blyp.gr, technical data such as your IP address, browser type and pages visited are collected automatically via cookies and similar technologies. Full details are provided in Section 5 below.
In the course of providing AI automation and website development services, we may use artificial intelligence tools (such as Anthropic Claude, OpenAI and similar) to develop solutions on behalf of our clients.
When performing services for clients, we act as a Data Processor under Article 28 GDPR in respect of data entrusted to us by our clients. Any third-party data that may be processed using AI tools is handled exclusively through commercial accounts (API / enterprise) of the respective providers, who are contractually bound not to use the data for model training and who provide the necessary Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) in accordance with Article 28 GDPR.
Data you share with us via the contact form or by phone is not processed by AI tools without prior notice to you.
We do not sell, rent or commercially exploit your personal data. Data is shared with third parties only to the extent necessary to provide our services: with our hosting provider (Papaki or Cloudflare, within the EU or with appropriate SCC safeguards), with Google LLC for analytics services, and with Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd where you have given consent for marketing cookies. Data may also be disclosed to public authorities where required by law.
For any transfer of data outside the European Economic Area (Google LLC, Meta Platforms), European Commission Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) apply and, where applicable, the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
Our website uses cookies — small text files stored on your device. You may choose to accept or reject cookies by category, except for strictly necessary cookies which are required for the site to function.
Necessary cookies. Essential for the website to function correctly and do not require consent (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). They include the cookie preferences cookie (Blyp_consent, duration 1 year).
Analytics cookies. Used for anonymous traffic measurement via Google Analytics 4 (cookies _ga, _ga_*, _gid, duration 24 hours to 2 years). Activated only upon your explicit consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). Google LLC may process data in the USA under SCCs and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
Marketing cookies. Placed by the Meta Pixel (Facebook) for ad targeting and measurement (cookies _fbp, _fbc, fr, duration 3 months to 2 years). Activated only upon your explicit consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd may process data in the USA under SCCs.
On your first visit a consent banner is displayed with equivalent options: 'Accept All', 'Necessary Only' and 'Settings' for granular per-category selection. You may modify or withdraw your consent at any time via the 'Cookie Settings' link in the website footer. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing already carried out.
Contact data collected via the form or by phone is retained for 3 years from the last interaction, unless the relationship progresses to a contract, in which case statutory tax retention periods apply (up to 10 years). Cookie consent logs are retained for 3 years from the date of consent, in accordance with the accountability requirements of Article 5(2) GDPR.
Under Articles 15–22 GDPR you have the right to access your data, rectify inaccurate information, request erasure ('right to be forgotten'), restrict processing, receive your data in a portable format, and object to processing based on legitimate interest. For cookies based on consent, you additionally have the right to withdraw that consent at any time without retroactive effect.
To exercise any of your rights, please contact us at info@blyp.gr. If you consider that the processing of your data infringes applicable law, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (HDPA), 1-3 Kifissias Ave, 115 23 Athens, www.dpa.gr, tel. +30 210-6475600.
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or destruction, including HTTPS encryption and restricted access controls. In the event of a breach likely to affect your rights, we will notify you without undue delay in accordance with Article 34 GDPR.
