1. INTRODUCTION

These Terms of Service ('Terms') govern access to and use of the blyp.gr website and services operated by [COMPANY NAME IKE] ('Blyp', 'we', 'us'). By accessing or using our website, you confirm that you accept and are bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease use of the website.

2. SERVICES

Blyp provides website development, Google Business Profile management, AI automations, digital presence and related digital services, to both businesses (B2B) and individuals (B2C).

The blyp.gr website operates solely as a point of contact and information. No purchases or orders are placed online. Every service is provided exclusively following individual agreement with each client. Specific services are governed by separate written contracts; in the event of conflict, the terms of the specific written agreement prevail.

3. ACCEPTABLE USE

You must use the website solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable law. In particular, you may not use the website in a way that could damage or disrupt it, attempt unauthorised access to systems or data, transmit malicious software or unlawful content, infringe Blyp's or any third party's intellectual property rights, or engage in any fraudulent or misleading activity. Blyp reserves the right to suspend or restrict access where misuse is suspected.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the website — including trademarks, logo, text, design elements and other material — is the exclusive property of Blyp or its licensors and is protected by applicable law. Copying, reproducing, distributing, modifying or commercially exploiting any content without prior written consent is prohibited.

5. FEES AND PAYMENTS

There is no public price list on blyp.gr. Every engagement is based on an individual quotation issued following direct communication. Fees, payment schedules and invoicing terms are determined exclusively in the relevant contract or written proposal. Invoices are payable within the agreed period. Late payment may result in suspension of services. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, fees paid are non-refundable.

6. USE OF AI TOOLS

In the course of certain services (website development, AI automations) we may use artificial intelligence tools provided by third parties. Such tools are used exclusively through commercial accounts that do not permit client data to be used for model training. The client is informed of the use of AI tools within the relevant contract. AI service outputs may require verification or adjustment; Blyp does not guarantee specific results from automated processes.

7. WEBSITE AVAILABILITY

We make every reasonable effort to ensure continuous availability of the website. However, uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed. Blyp may modify, suspend or discontinue the website for maintenance, upgrade or security reasons.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blyp is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of or inability to use the website. Blyp's liability to clients for services provided under contract is governed exclusively by the terms of the relevant contract. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where such exclusion is not permitted by applicable law.

9. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The website is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except as required by applicable law. Information provided on the website is for informational purposes only and does not constitute a binding offer or guarantee of results.

10. DATA PROTECTION

The processing of personal data collected through the website is governed by Blyp's Privacy & Cookie Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is available at blyp.gr/en/privacy-policy.

11. AMENDMENTS

Blyp reserves the right to amend these Terms periodically for operational, legal or regulatory reasons. The updated version is published on this page with a revised 'last updated' date. Continued use of the website after updated Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of those Terms.

12. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms are governed by Greek law. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of [CITY OF REGISTERED OFFICE], unless otherwise required by mandatory law.
